Foundation of Mi Hazánk Mozgalom

Founded by former Jobbik politicians, Mi Hazánk Mozgalom (Our Homeland Movement) emerged as a far-right nationalist party combining hard-right Euroscepticism, anti-immigration rhetoric and socially conservative positions. After entering Parliament in 2022 with 5.9% of votes, it expanded influence in poorer rural areas. The party draws on far-right, antisemitic traditions rooted in MIÉP and early Jobbik, regularly invoking antisemitic and anti-Israel narratives in its political discourse.
