Launch of Kuruc.info
Launched on 1 February 2006, and hosted on U.S. servers, the far-right website Kuruc.info quickly became a central platform in the Hungarian extremist ecosystem due to its racist, anti-Semitic, and anti-Roma content. Over the years, the portal – which has maintained ties to far-right parties that have fluctuated in strength – bears enormous responsibility for inciting hatred and for spreading and normalizing anti-Semitic and other conspiracy theories.
