Albin Siwak speaks in Plenum

During the 11th Plenum of the Central Committee of the Polish United Workers’ Party (PZPR), Albin Siwak delivered a speech in which he spoke of an “alien element” within the party: “Before the war, the fifth column consisted of outsiders: Germans, Jews, Lithuanians, and Ukrainians; today it is those who criticize the party, especially supporters of Solidarity.” In July he entered the Central Committee.
