Adoption of the National Social Inclusion Strategy

Hungary introduced its first National Social Inclusion Strategy to align with EU Roma frameworks and reduce poverty, exclusion, and inequalities in access to education, health, housing, and employment. Although updated in later years, implementation lagged: limited resources, weak enforcement, corruption, and rising school segregation meant Roma communities saw little meaningful improvement
