Antisemitic threat emailed to Jewish Community of Prague
A young man from Trutnov sent an antisemitic email to the Jewish Community of Prague, threatening a “repeat of transports to Auschwitz” and similar violence. Police quickly detained him, and he received a two-year suspended sentence. The incident underscored the persistence of neo-Nazi rhetoric and intimidation in post-2000 Czech society.
