Assault in Benešov by a group of young neo-Nazis
A group of young neo-Nazis met in a restaurant in Benešov and decided to attack people they deemed undesirable. They first severely assaulted a young man they perceived as left-wing, causing injuries that required spleen surgery. They then attacked a young Roma man with fists, kicks, and a telescopic baton while shouting racist insults. The incident illustrates the mobilisation of the neo-Nazi scene to target people who “looked different,” including Roma.
