Ban on Roma Using Public Transport

Roma were officially prohibited from using public transportation in several Slovak cities, sharply limiting their ability to travel for work, education, or medical care. The ban reinforced spatial segregation and symbolically marked Roma as unfit to share public space with the majority population. Such measures normalised everyday discrimination and contributed to the gradual removal of Roma from urban life.
