Educational Segregation Normalised

Roma children were increasingly placed in special education schools, frequently without proper psychological assessment or parental consent. Over time, this practice became institutionalised, denying Roma children access to quality education and reinforcing racialised assumptions about intellectual ability. Educational segregation became a key mechanism through which social exclusion was reproduced across generations.
