Fear-mongering in Polgár (Hajdú-Bihar County)
After a dispute between two neighbours, members of the far-right Hungarian Self-Defence Movement (MÖM) appeared on a street with several Roma families, filming homes and posting a video alleging police inaction. Their presence in black uniforms intimidated residents, with local Roma leaders reporting heightened fear and community distress.
