Regulation on the Aryanisation of Jewish Property

Von Neurath’s decree authorised large-scale “Aryanisation” of Jewish property in the Protectorate, defining who was considered Jewish according to Nuremberg criteria. Jewish-owned businesses, homes and assets were confiscated and transferred to “Aryan” owners. This economic plunder was a central tool of antisemitic persecution and social exclusion.
