Threatening antisemitic email ruled “not criminal”

A woman sent a hateful email to the Jewish Community of Prague, calling for the extermination of Jews. Although police investigated, the Czech Supreme Court later ruled the act was not criminal—while describing it as morally “reprehensible.” The decision caused concern among Jewish organisations about gaps in legal protection from antisemitic hate speech.
