Gross anti-Semitic insults and calls to expel Jews in connection with debates on the renovation of the Jewish cemetery in Prostějov

In connection with the debates on the renovation of the Jewish cemetery in Prostějov, the atmosphere in the city became tense, as some residents did not agree with the foundation's plans and promoted the demands of the Jewish community. An anonymous letter began to circulate in the city, in which Jews were rudely insulted, including the words "A Jew does not lie or steal, only when he is dead. Living together with Jews is impossible!" and it included a call to expel Jews to Israel. The author of the letter could not be traced. This is an example of using a local dispute to manifest anti-Semitism.
