Racist speech of far-right politician Miroslav Sládek against Roma in the Czech parliament

In the Chamber of Deputies of the Parliament, a member of parliament and chairman of the right-wing extremist Association for the Republic - Republican Party of Czechoslovakia, made a racist remark against the Roma. He stated: "Today, opinions among citizens about the Gypsy population have reached such a stage that I have heard - and I quote: Gypsies should be criminally liable from birth, because practically this is their greatest crime." This sentence subsequently became popular in the anti-Gypsy milieu in the Czech Republic and had a favorable response in the violent right-wing extremist scene.
